Traditional Greek Salad

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, wedged
  • 1 cucumber, chunked
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 150g feta, in slabs
  • Handful kalamata olives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Method

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion and olives in a bowl.
  2. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over and toss gently.
  4. Top with slabs of feta and an extra pinch of oregano. Serve at once.
