Zesty Beef Street Tacos

Ingredients

• 500g ground beef
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili
• 8 small corn tortillas
• 1 tomato + 1/4 onion + coriander (salsa)
• 1 lime
• Sour cream & shredded cheese

Method

1. Brown beef with onion; drain excess fat.
2. Stir in spices with a splash of water; simmer 5 minutes.
3. Chop tomato, onion and coriander with lime juice for a quick salsa.
4. Warm tortillas in a dry pan until pliable.
5. Fill with beef, salsa, cheese and sour cream. Squeeze lime and serve.
