  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (just to blend)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
  • Granola, to top
  • Fresh berries & banana slices
  • Chia seeds & shredded coconut

Method

  1. Blend mango, banana, yogurt and just enough milk into a thick, scoopable purรฉe.
  2. Spoon into bowls and smooth the top.
  3. Arrange granola, fruit, chia and coconut in neat sections.
  4. Serve immediately, before it melts.
